Micromax has come out with a quite good 5-inch smartphone in the form of A110 Superfone Canvas 2. The performance is decent, as is the IPS display on-board. I bought this phone from a retail store. The phone i got had network issues. it will freeze while making calls. people who called me got a switched off message.
ReplyDeleteMMX customer care was friendly. On hearing my complaint, they said its defective and i can get a replacement within 7 days of purchase. I have to go to a service centre and collect a DOA (dead on arrival) letter, take it to the dealer and get replacement.
I went to service centre to get DOA letter. There were several other customers with a variety of issues with this phone. One of the customers was told that the display replacement on his phone will take 15 working days. shocked... Nokia service centre replaced display in my previous phone in less than an hour. From the scene in the service centre, this phone seem to have many issues, although they offer replacement, it needs to be done within 7 days of purchase. If something broke after 7 days, it could lead to a long service timeout.
